Rudy Fernandez serves as the Chief Financial Officer.  Rudy received a BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.  He has provided corporate accounting management for public and privately held corporations for more than 40 years.  He served in the United States Army and is active in Bible Study Fellowship.  He is married to Vicki and has two children and four grandkids.
