The subject of any search can request a copy of anything we have on the requesting individual upon providing ID establishing identity as the subject of the information.
- We use the information primarily to conduct searches for public records for information that relates to the subject of the search. This information is provided by the requestor of the information that has a lawful reason to request reports on a consumer.
- We do not share with others any of the information we receive on a consumer other than with the requestor of a report or by you, and to third parties who conduct the search.
- Personal Information Disclosure, United States or overseas. We do not send consumer information outside of the United States or its territories for any purpose other than to deliver a report to an end user. Of course, if information is sought from outside of the United States, personal information is provided to the source outside of the United States so that the requested information is gathered in that country and then transmitted to us here in the United States where it is treated as any other consumer information.
- We do not maintain a database of consumer information.

- We have implemented certain appropriate security measures to help protect PII from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
- We store the information about you in a data center with restricted access and appropriate monitoring. We use intrusion detection and virus protection software.
- Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.
Who has access to the personal information?
- We will not sell, rent, or lease mailing lists or other customer data to others, other than the requestor of a report, and we will not make your PII available to any unaffiliated parties, except our approved agents and contractors who obtain information for a report, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Statement.
- We will not disclose any PII or information about your usage of our websites or mobile applications to unaffiliated third parties, except as necessary to service the account, to enforce the terms of use, to meet our obligations to content and technology providers, or as required by law.
