Misty Allison has been a valued member of TrueCordis for over 20 years. Throughout her tenure, she has worked closely with clients and researchers and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Her passion centers on fostering connections, teamwork, active listening, appreciation, and genuine support. Most of her days are spent working collaboratively with the team to support and implement strategic direction for the entire business while promoting cohesion. Misty is deeply engaged and invested in TrueCordis and its culture, holding all four of the company’s core values dear. If asked to choose a favorite, she would select “People First,” as relationships are crucial to both TrueCordis and Misty. She maintains a laser-like focus on all the people the company interacts with daily—clients, researchers, employees, and beyond—seeing them as integral to the company’s identity. Misty enjoys the challenge of bringing the company culture to life for the team and helping them connect it to their professional and personal lives.  Outside of work, Misty treasures time spent with her husband, four children, son-in-law, and their cherished furry companion. Her interests include gardening, watercolor painting, enjoying nature, and exploring quaint towns while savoring local coffee.
